Why more adults are seeking answers

Millions of adults live with undiagnosed ADHD or autism. Growing awareness has led more people to ask: "Is this why things have always felt harder for me?" But getting a clinical diagnosis means months of waiting and hundreds of euros — often just to be told what you already suspect. We built this tool to give you clarity before that investment.

Built on validated clinical science

This is not a quiz pulled from the internet. Every question in this screening is derived from the same peer-reviewed, clinically validated instruments that psychiatrists and neuropsychologists use in formal diagnostic evaluations. Our scoring thresholds are calibrated against published normative data from these instruments. This is what makes our screening meaningful rather than speculative.

Our ADHD screening questions are grounded in the ASRS v1.1 (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale), developed by the World Health Organization specifically for widespread, accessible use. The ASRS is the most extensively validated ADHD screening instrument in clinical research, with sensitivity and specificity rates established across dozens of peer-reviewed studies (Kessler et al., 2005; Adler et al., 2006). The WHO designed it to be freely available for screening purposes — including tools like ours — precisely because early identification of ADHD in adults remains critically underserved worldwide.

The clinical domains we assess — inattention, hyperactivity-impulsivity, social communication, restricted interests, and sensory processing — are directly mapped to the diagnostic criteria defined by the ICD-11 (International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision), published by the World Health Organization. The ICD-11 is the global standard used by clinicians in over 190 countries to classify and diagnose neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. By aligning our questions to these criteria, we ensure that what we measure reflects what a clinician would evaluate in a formal assessment.

Every question you answer has a basis in published clinical research — nothing is improvised or anecdotal. This scientific foundation is what distinguishes a meaningful screening from an internet quiz. While our tool does not replace a formal clinical evaluation, it gives you an evidence-based starting point to decide whether pursuing one is worth your time and investment.

Detailed clinical analysis

Go deeper with an AI-powered clinical report

Numbers only tell part of the story. Our Deep Report uses advanced AI to analyze your individual response patterns — not just totals, but which specific items you scored highest on and what they mean together clinically.

The report explains each domain in plain language with references to DSM-5 and ICD-11 criteria, identifies symptom clusters in your answers, evaluates potential comorbidity between ADHD and autism, and gives you concrete recommendations on whether to seek evaluation — and what type of professional to look for.

Like having a preliminary conversation with a specialist — for €9.99 instead of €800.

Report table of contents

A professional document you can bring to your clinician

Your report is structured like a formal clinical screening document: executive summary, domain-by-domain analysis, overall assessment, and personalized recommendations. Export it as a PDF and bring it to your appointment — many clinicians appreciate having structured preliminary data as a starting point.

The report is stored securely for 10 days, accessible only with your email. After that, it's permanently deleted. No accounts, no tracking, no data sold.

Your data, your decision, your pace.

This test is for you if...
